Internship Opportunity

Seattle Met is seeking smart and resourceful interns for its editorial department, located in Seattle, Washington. It is now accepting applications for summer and fall internships in all beats, or areas of concentration: News, Food and Drink, the Arts, Style, and Travel.

Seattle Met accepts applications on a rolling basis for all terms (winter, spring, summer, fall). Applications will be accepted until spots are filled.

Applicants should send a single PDF containing a cover letter, which should indicate desired term or start date (for example, “fall” or “September 13”); a resume; the names and contact info for three references; three brief writing samples. (If applicants don’t have clips, they should write two event listings and one blog post in the style of Seattle Met.) Please send to Managing Editor, Sarah Nipper,

Do you know a student who demonstrates Christian character, has made a commitment to on- or off-campus service and is currently a junior? If so, we encourage you to nominate the student for the Barnabas Servant Leadership Scholarship by March 5.
